The Opportunity Work with a young, high-energy team driving large-scale adoption of a cutting-edge SaaS platform. Learn and contribute directly in a high-growth startup environment with access to founders for feedback and strategy discussions. Own the enterprise sales charter, build scalable processes, and fast-track into senior leadership. Key Responsibilities Enterprise Sales Strategy & Execution - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire and grow enterprise accounts across India. - Manage the full enterprise sales cycle prospecting, qualification, product demos, solutioning, negotiation, and closure. Consultative Solution Selling - Conduct deep-dive product demonstrations showcasing AiSensys WhatsApp Engagement Platform (campaign management, automation, APIs, analytics). - Understand customer requirements, workflows, and tech stack integrations to propose tailored solutions. Relationship & Account Management - Build long-term strategic relationships with CXOs, CMOs, and digital transformation leaders at enterprise organizations. - Act as a trusted advisor by mapping customer pain points to WhatsApp-led engagement solutions. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with marketing on ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns and enterprise-focused lead generation. - Relay client feedback to product teams to influence feature roadmaps (APIs, automation flows, reporting dashboards). Commercial Negotiation & Growth - Lead contract negotiations with enterprise clients ensuring win-win outcomes. - Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets while ensuring sustainable account growth. Market Engagement - Represent AiSensy at industry events, conferences, and CXO forums to drive visibility and partnerships. - Stay updated with SaaS, martech, and conversational AI trends to advise clients effectively. Requirements - 3-7 years of experience in enterprise sales, SaaS, martech, or B2B technology solutions. - Proven track record in managing complex enterprise deal cycles (36 months) with multiple stakeholders. - Strong consultative selling skills with experience in solution-oriented product demos. - Understanding of APIs, SaaS integrations, CRM/marketing automation systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) is a plus. - Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills. - Strong business acumen with the ability to translate enterprise challenges into measurable ROI through AiSensy. Good to Have - Experience selling marketing automation, communication platforms, or conversational AI solutions. - Prior exposure to WhatsApp Business API, CPaaS, or enterprise messaging platforms. - Background in handling large enterprise accounts across BFSI, Retail, EdTech, or FMCG.
