Job Requirements Develop civil and structural drawings, models, and layouts for waste water treatment facilities using Tekla & Advance steel. Design foundations, pipe racks, equipment supports, platforms, and steel structures based on engineering inputs. Ensure compliance with AISC, IS, ASTM, BS, and other relevant codes. Collaborate with civil, structural, piping, and mechanical engineers to ensure design compatibility. Conduct clash detection and model reviews using Navisworks or similar tools. Prepare material take-offs (MTOs) and bill of quantities (BOQ) for procurement and cost estimation. Provide support during construction, fabrication, and site installation. Work Experience Diploma / Associate degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or equivalent technical qualification. 5+ years of experience. Proficiency in Tekla Structures, Advance steel, AutoCAD & Navisworks Strong knowledge of steel structure detailing. Experience working with offshore platforms, pipelines, and waste water treatment plants is a plus. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Role & responsibilities 1. Knowledge of AISC standards to design steel connections 2. Knowledge on design of all types of steel connections. (Ranging from shear, moment, brace, truss etc.) 3. Able to produce/Check steel connection design calculations. 4. Knowledge of design of steel stairs. Should be able to produce member analysis calculations for dead load & live load. 5. Basic knowledge of Staad Pro, Etabs and MBS Software for reviewing the connections. 6. Need to have knowledge of designing moment and braced connection for Seismic loads. 7. Guide team members to produce steel connection design calculations. 8. Capable of resolving any connection clarifications raised by detailing teams. 9. Should possess good verbal and email communication skills. Roles:- Preparing Tekla models for the assigned projects. Development of structural drawings, layouts, details of the assigned project. Work with the team members for resolving any issue related to the fabrication of the structure/project in hand. Deliver the desired model within the given timeline with quality. Responsibilities: Visualize and infer from the drawings provided to create models and layouts. Follow the standards as defined by AISC. Coordinate and inspect the work of the detailer. Follow the procedures and instructions according to design specifications provided by the client.

Strong Knowledge/experience in Structural steel connection design concepts and technically sound in US code AISC (ASD, LRFD). Knowledge in Software's like Mathcad, Descon, RAM connection and AutoCAD etc.
