In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with the support and assistance they need to ensure a positive experience with our products and services. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and effectively. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes. Assist in product knowledge training sessions for new team members. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
