Role & responsibilities Strategic HR Partnership: Partner with plant leadership to develop HR strategies supporting operational goals, workforce planning, and productivity. Analyze HR metrics to drive data-informed decisions on talent, retention, and engagement. Talent Management: Oversee end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar & white-collar roles, ensuring timely hiring of skilled talent. Lead performance management, succession planning, and career development initiatives. Manage competitive compensation & benefits structures, including BPJS compliance. Employee Relations & Compliance: Serve as primary point for complex employee relations, dispute resolution, and union negotiations (if applicable). Ensure 100% adherence to India Manpower Law and company policies. Manage disciplinary actions, terminations and industrial relations processes ethically and legally. Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and implement training programs (technical, safety, leadership). Promote a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence. HR Operations & Systems: Oversee payroll accuracy (liaising with finance), HRIS management, and administrative HR processes. Ensure meticulous maintenance of personnel files and legal documentation. Safety & Culture: Champion a zero-accident culture, collaborating closely with EHS teams. Drive employee engagement, communication, and organizational values alignment. Preferred candidate profile 1.More than 6 years of experience in all modules of human resources in India, with at least 3 years of management position experience, familiar with local leading industries such as technology, manufacturing or BPO; 2.Proficient in Indian labor laws and regulations (such as the Industrial Disputes Act, the Pay Act, the POSH Anti-Sexual Harassment Act, etc.), and have practical experience in handling labor disputes. 3.Familiar with the multi-level talent market in India (campus recruitment /IIT/IIM channels, local job search platform Naukri.com, cross-state talent mobility strategies) 4.Fluent in English 5.Have experience in the establishment or scale expansion of the Indian branch of a multinational company (from a team of 0 to 500 people);
