About the Role An Assistant Project Manager supports the Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing projects. This role acts as a bridge between different teams, ensuring tasks are on track, deadlines are met, and documentation is in place. We are looking for an APM with 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or junior project manager experience. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in planning and managing project activities, timelines, and deliverables. • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project execution. • Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports. • Support in managing budgets, resource allocation, and procurement needs. • Schedule meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items. • Identify risks and issues, escalate them as needed, and assist in mitigation planning. • Ensure adherence to company policies, project standards, and client requirements.
