Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as a Field Services Engineer located in Ahmedabad. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include visiting client sites, diagnosing and resolving technical problems, and delivering timely and efficient service. The role also involves maintaining detailed records of service activities and collaborating with the technical team to improve service quality. Qualifications Field Service and Technical Support skills Experience in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance Strong Customer Service skills Ability to work independently and in a team Strong problem-solving skills Diploma Electrical or experienced in similar industries Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial Excellent communication skills Willingness to travel for on-site visits
