Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for a Student Counselor located in Gurugram. The Student Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students throughout their training journey. Key tasks include one-on-one counseling, assisting students with course and program selection, helping with the admission process, providing information on financial aid, and offering emotional support. The Student Counselor will also liaise with instructors, coordinate student onboarding, and ensure a smooth transition for students traveling to the U.S. for flight training. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective one-on-one counseling and student support Experience in education administration, including course selection assistance and admission processes Knowledge of financial aid options and ability to guide students through loan applications Emotional intelligence and the ability to provide emotional support and stress management counseling Organizational skills to manage student records, coordinate onboarding, and liaise with instructors and staff Understanding of FAA and DGCA standards is a plus Relevant experience in the aviation or education sector is beneficial Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or related field preferred
