This role is perfect for students, freshers, or graduates who have excellent English communication skills and want to build a rewarding career in the global travel industry. 🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer 15–30 inbound calls daily from US-based customers. Support customers with flight, hotel, and cruise bookings. Handle queries with professionalism, empathy, and confidence. Deliver accurate solutions and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. Focus entirely on inbound support – no lead generation or cold calling. ✅ Who Can Apply?Minimum 12th pass (students & graduates encouraged to apply). Fluent in English (spoken & written). Willingness to work night shifts (US hours).
