Air freight Pricing Act as the primary liaison between customers, airlines, counterpart and internal departments regarding air freight shipments. Manage and process air freight bookings, including preparing documentation such as air waybills (AWB), invoices, and customs declarations. Monitor shipments proactively and provide timely updates to clients. Resolve issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies with air freight shipments.
