You will be responsible for designing and optimizing scalable data pipeline architectures and supporting analytics needs across cross-functional teams as a Senior Data Engineer in Hyderabad. Your key responsibilities will include designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines using BigQuery, Python, and SQL, optimizing data flow, automating processes, and scaling infrastructure. You will also develop and manage workflows in Airflow/Cloud Composer and Ascend (or similar ETL tools), implement data quality checks and testing strategies, support CI/CD processes, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior engineers, as well as collaborate with QA/business teams and troubleshoot issues across environments. Your core skills should include proficiency in BigQuery, Python, SQL, Airflow/Cloud Composer, Ascend or similar ETL tools, data integration, warehousing, and pipeline orchestration, data quality frameworks, and incremental load strategies. Additionally, you should have strong experience with GCP or AWS serverless data warehouse environments. Preferred skills for this role include experience with DBT for transformation, Collibra for data governance, and working with unstructured datasets. The qualifications required for this position include a minimum of 5 years in data engineering, a graduate degree in CS, Statistics, or a related field, and strong analytical and SQL expertise.,
