As a Sales & Business Development professional, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory. Your primary focus will be on identifying, qualifying, and converting leads into long-term customers. Building and nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers across various industries such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, biotechnology, electronics, food processing, and manufacturing will be crucial to your success. In the realm of Client Engagement & Consultation, you will provide technical advice to clients on HEPA, Terminal Housing, FFU, and other air filtration solutions. This will involve conducting site visits, delivering presentations, and showcasing product benefits through demonstrations. Understanding the unique needs of each client and offering tailored filtration solutions will be essential in meeting customer expectations. Additionally, you will be tasked with conducting Market & Competitor Analysis to stay informed about market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities. By providing valuable insights and recommendations, you will contribute to enhancing the company's competitive positioning in the market. Sales Administration & Reporting will also be part of your responsibilities, including preparing and submitting sales forecasts, reports, and customer feedback. Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems for efficient sales tracking and collaborating with internal teams like Design, Production, and Logistics will ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales of air filtration systems, HVAC, or cleanroom products is required. Industry knowledge in air filters, ISO cleanroom standards, GMP requirements, and airflow systems is preferred. Strong negotiation, networking, and closing skills, coupled with excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities, are essential. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales automation software is also expected. A willingness to travel within the assigned territory for client meetings and business development activities is a key aspect of this full-time position. If you have a total of 10 years of experience in Territory sales and HVAC sales, and possess fluency in English, you are encouraged to apply for this position which requires in-person work at the designated location.,
