About the Role: Sutherland is hiring experienced Travel Consultants to support our growing international travel process. If you're proficient in Amadeus or Sabre , have a ticketing background, and thrive in a customer-centric environment we want you on our team! Key Responsibilities: Manage back office operations on reissuance, refunds and modifications using Amadeus Handle queries related to refund, reissue, fares, baggage and policies Ensure 100% accuracy in ticketing, refunds and fare rules Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality and SLA metrics Work closely with team leads and quality teams to resolve customer issues efficiently Who Can Apply: 1-4 years of experience in ticketing and refund profile Proficient in GDS platforms: Amadeus and/or Sabre Strong verbal and written communication skills Graduate or undergraduate from any stream Ticketing certification or IATA course (preferred, not mandatory) Location: Chennai - Work from Office (Open to Pan India candidates willing to relocate) How to Apply: Email your CV to: luvella.silveira@sutherlandglobal.com Contact: 7304353583
