As an individual contributor at P40 level, you will play a crucial role in building a robust fault-tolerant and highly available system at a large scale, ensuring ease and convenience for various solutions and enterprise customers. Utilizing Big Data, Open-Source technologies, and in-house solutions, you will be involved in developing services for Adobe Solutions, Customers, and Partners. To succeed in this role, you should have over 12 years of experience in cloud-based enterprise products, a deep understanding of the software development life cycle, and program management expertise. Additionally, exposure to APIs, databases, big data, and platform management is highly desirable. Familiarity with machine learning, generative AI, or other AI-related solutions is a plus. Your responsibilities will include executing product plans, leading delivery commitments, and overseeing all aspects of the SaaS Product Portfolio to achieve benefits and controls not attainable through individual projects. You will collaborate closely with other program managers to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities within the portfolio, as well as analyze data to optimize delivery plans. Furthermore, you will evaluate existing processes, drive process improvements, and advocate for the adoption of standard program management methodologies. Effective communication of portfolio health, risks, and insights to leadership and key partners will be essential. You will also mentor teams, drive cross-functional projects, and manage projects with remote team members in an agile environment. To excel in this role, you should possess strong critical thinking, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. Your self-motivation, bias for action, and ability to align efforts of disparate groups towards a common goal will be key to your success. A background in Agile development methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a BTech/MTech/MS in Computer Science or related field are necessary.
