Position Overview: As the GenAI IT Business Analyst at Evernorth, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and subject matter experts within the Global Healthcare Innovation Hub team. Your primary responsibility will be to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to GenAI capabilities. You will play a crucial role in translating these requirements into functional and non-functional specifications to guide IT teams in developing and integrating AI-related solutions. Additionally, you will contribute to testing efforts by developing test scripts and test cases. The ideal candidate should have prior experience as a business analyst or QA analyst, preferably in GenAI and software testing within the healthcare industry. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and subject matter experts to gather, analyze, and document GenAI-related business requirements. Translate these requirements into functional and non-functional specifications for IT teams in developing AI technology solutions. - Work with project teams to design, develop, and implement IT solutions focusing on GenAI capabilities, aligning them with organizational objectives and industry best practices. - Act as a liaison between business users and IT developers to ensure that GenAI development aligns with business requirements and strategic goals. - Support functional testing and user acceptance testing processes for AI-related solutions. Identify defects, track them to resolution, and ensure final deliverables meet agreed-upon requirements. - Monitor and measure the effectiveness of GenAI technology solutions, providing insights for continuous improvement. - Develop and maintain documentation like flowcharts, use-cases, data diagrams, and user manuals to aid business stakeholders in understanding AI features and their usage. - Utilize analytical and conceptual thinking skills to help stakeholders formulate GenAI-related requirements through interviews, workshops, and other methods. - Conduct testing of AI models developed as per business requirements. Qualifications Required Skills: - Proficiency in GenAI-related business analysis methodologies, including requirements gathering, process modeling, and data analysis techniques. - Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies for AI-related technologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. - Experience with IT project management tools and knowledge of AI frameworks. Proficiency in Jira and Confluence is essential. - Familiarity with office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and experience with cloud services like AWS Sagemaker and Azure ML. - Technical knowledge of programming languages like C/C++, Java, Python, and understanding of database systems and IT infrastructure (desirable but not mandatory). - Understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) phases like test planning, design, execution, and defect tracking. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills with a focus on GenAI capabilities. - Relevant certifications like Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or AI-related credentials are advantageous. - Ability to design GenAI features and define user stories based on business requirements. - Understanding of the software delivery lifecycle for AI-related technologies and experience in creating detailed reports and presentations. Required Experience & Education: - 1-3 years of experience in a Business Analyst / Quality Analyst role in the IT sector, with a focus on GenAI and deep learning technologies. - Experience within the healthcare industry is desirable. - Experience in automation testing is a plus. - Familiarity with healthcare-specific IT systems and industry regulations such as Electronic Health Record systems and HIPAA is beneficial. Desired Experience: - Exposure to Gen AI and Cloud systems like AWS. Location & Hours of Work: - Full-time position, working 40 hours per week, with expected overlap with US hours as necessary. - Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India, following a hybrid working model (3 days WFO and 2 days WAH).,
