Creation of FEMs using geometric data from part & assembly drawings Sizing of primary and secondary parts for static and fatigue requirements. Fastener load extraction and joint analysis. RF calculation for different failure modes such as strength, buckling, shear panel failure, damage tolerance etc. Low RF mitigations using classical or numerical methods. Preparation of stress certification dossiers, ACD4 and ACD6

Technical Skills: Experience in Airbus methodologies and Processes for A320/A330 and A350. Design of mechanical system installation components and assemblies that are optimized in terms of weight, cost, performance, and production/assembly requirements while the highest safety of the product is assured using appropriate design tools. Good Working Knowledge in Installation Drawings (Airbus Standards) creation. Proven understanding of mechanical systems installation and design requirements. Working experience on various systems including ATA36, ATA21, ATA28, ATA29, ATA38, ATA47 etc Strong drawing reading and understanding skills, Knowledge on GD&T. Minimum 2 years of working experience on MSI Experience in Designing, Detailing, Assembly and BOM Reporting capabilities (for all activities) Airbus certification is must ( VPM + PASS ) Tool Skills: Catia V5: Good Hands on experience in Part Design, Sheet metal, Assembly Design, GSD , Tubing and Drafting Modules. PASS/VPM: Working Knowledge on PASS V2 and VPM. Good to have exposure to work with Scripts (VBA)/Macros.
