We are currently seeking a dedicated and hospitable Airbnb Host/Hostess to manage our guest experience and oversee the property operations.

The Location & Atmosphere

Located prominently on NH-91 in Greater Noida, Vanasthali Farm offers the perfect balance of connectivity and seclusion.

• The Vibe: While we are easily accessible via the highway, our property feels worlds away from the noise and pollution of the city center. It is an open, green sanctuary characterized by fresh air, spacious landscapes, and a relaxed pace of life.

• The Area: This part of Greater Noida is rapidly becoming a preferred destination for weekend getaways, staycations, and private gatherings, offering guests a quick escape without a long drive.

✨ The Role

We are looking for someone who takes pride in hospitality. Whether you are looking for full-time work or a flexible contract, your main goal is to ensure every guest leaves with a 5-star impression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Relations: Manage Airbnb inquiries, approve bookings, and communicate clearly with guests before arrival.

• Check-in/Check-out: Warmly welcome guests upon arrival, show them the amenities, and manage the checkout process.

• Quality Control: Oversee housekeeping to ensure the farmhouse is spotless, linens are fresh, and amenities are restocked before every new check-in.

• Property Supervision: Conduct regular walkthroughs of the farm premises to ensure everything is working (lights, plumbing, WiFi) and report maintenance needs immediately.

• Local Guide: Assist guests with questions about the local area or farm rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay.

✅ Requirements

• Experience in hospitality, hotel management, or Airbnb hosting is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills (Hindi and English).

• Reliable transportation to travel to NH-91, Greater Noida.

• A proactive "can-do" attitude—you spot problems before the guests do.

• Ability to work weekends (as this is our busiest time).
