As an Air Rifle Coach, your role involves training and mentoring students in the discipline of air rifle shooting, focusing on safety, precision, concentration, and sportsmanship. You will design and implement a structured training program to enhance students" technical skills and mental focus for potential competitions at various levels. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular training sessions using age-appropriate techniques and equipment for air rifle shooting. - Teach students marksmanship fundamentals such as stance, breathing control, aiming, trigger control, and follow-through. - Ensure students progress from basic to advanced shooting skills effectively. - Enforce strict safety protocols on and around the shooting range and educate students on responsible handling of air rifles. - Develop a comprehensive training curriculum for beginner to advanced levels and create individual improvement plans for students. - Prepare students for school-level, regional, and national competitions and provide coaching during matches. - Maintain and monitor air rifle equipment, conduct routine checks, and manage inventory effectively. - Collaborate with the sports department and school leadership to align the program with student development goals. - Maintain attendance, training logs, and performance records and communicate student progress to parents and staff. Qualifications Required: - Certified Air Rifle Instructor / Coach from a recognized shooting sports authority (e.g., ISSF, NRAI, NSRA, or equivalent). - Proven experience coaching students in air rifle shooting. - Familiarity with national/international competition standards and safety regulations. Additional Details: You should possess strong knowledge of air rifle shooting techniques and safety procedures, the ability to motivate students through structured coaching, attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication with stakeholders. Desirable qualifications include experience in preparing students for competitive tournaments, first aid and child safeguarding certifications, and the ability to conduct workshops on shooting sports and mental coaching techniques.,
