Thorough exposure on work practices i.e work permits, report. Shall be responsible for Utility Operations & Maintenance team of Plant Maintenance dept. He will be responsible for the non-stop operation of the Utility systems within the plant. He needs to operate, monitor & control the same and in event of emergencies like Power outage, power dips, flood, etc. he will be the key person responsible to handle the entire plant Utility operations independently. Monitoring of Utility operations, energy consumptions ( power, oxygen, nitrogen, water etc.) Required Candidate profile Maintaining all process deliverable within defined standard limits Monitoring of Utility operations,energy consumption Planning of duties, scheduling of contractor labour.

- To review equipment drawing, P & ID, & Prepare project cost estimation sheet. Identify opportunity for cost reductions while project planning. - Prepares and submit minutes of strategy meeting. - Implement new ideas to improve operational quality and efficiency - Having knowledge about projects and maintained is preferable. - To maintain master file and keep record of all project relevant documents. - To update capex-status reports as well as project progress report. - To report superior day to day activities and planning. - having knowledge about auto CAD is added advance. - having knowledge about BOQ Calculation of projects material requirement. - Knowledge about installation and commissioning of process and utility and equipment. - Knowledge about energy saving in utilities. - Having knowledge of preventive of all equipment like pump reactor, Centrifuge, ANFD etc. - Having knowledge and experience of reactor and pump M. Job Description: Role & Responsibilities: Installation, commissioning, and servicing of industrial machinery, especially air compressors and sortex/cleaning machines. Conducting regular preventive maintenance and handling breakdowns. Preparing service reports, following up with customers, and ensuring timely resolution of complaints. Coordinating with sales and technical team for customer satisfaction. Providing remote technical support where required. Managing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and maintaining customer service history. Preferred Candidate Profile: 1-5 years of experience in field service of industrial equipment. Should have hands-on knowledge of mechanical/electrical troubleshooting. Basic understanding of PLC-based machines will be an added advantage. Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat and occasionally PAN India. Strong communication skills and customer-centric attitude.
