You will be collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that will inform the development and optimization of AI models. Integration of AI solutions seamlessly into existing customer experience systems and platforms to ensure a cohesive and personalized customer journey will be a key aspect of your role. Continuous refinement and improvement of AI models to enhance their accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness in delivering exceptional customer experiences will be a priority. You will also be involved in developing and testing AI-powered prototypes and Proof of Concepts (POCs) to demonstrate the feasibility and value of proposed solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and customer success representatives, to align AI initiatives with business objectives and customer needs is essential. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree along with strong programming skills in Python or other relevant programming languages. Experience with popular AI frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn, is required. In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing techniques, cloud platforms, AI services, CRM systems, and ethical AI practices is necessary. Experience with AI-powered chatbots or virtual assistants, as well as security and SaaS experience, is strongly preferred.
