In this role, you will play a pivotal part in translating strategic direction into real, measurable impact from executing AIO frameworks and tracking KPIs to owning delivery, insights, and recommendations that shape business outcomes. You will be the bridge between strategy and execution, someone who understands why something is recommended and knows exactly how to make it work month-over-month. Key Responsibilities SEO Execution & Delivery Create and Execute SEO roadmaps across global clients with precision, clarity, and outcome ownership Own and manage all aspects of organic search delivery, including on-page, technical, off-page coordination, and content optimization Conduct AIO-based SEO execution: prompt-led briefings, schema-first content, and zero-click optimization structures Data-Driven Insight & Reporting Build Looker Studio dashboards and monitor GA4/GSC/keyword tools to track campaign KPIs Translate funnel-stage data (TOFUMOFUBOFU) into actionable SEO changes Provide audit-backed performance insights: AI-overview readiness, crawl health, keyword gaps, topical authority coverage QBRs & Client-Facing SEO Reviews Support quarterly business reviews with data-backed summaries, performance deep-dives, and recommendations Be the execution lead in client calls highlight what was done, how it moved the needle, and what&aposs next Proposal Support & Pre-Sales Involvement Work with internal teams on pitching decks and strategic execution plans Translate scope into effort estimates, timelines, and tools for execution clarity SEO Systems, Automation & Tools Leverage platforms like ChatGPT, SurferSEO, Screaming Frog, Semrush, and NeuronWriter to scale delivery Implement prompt libraries, keyword mapping systems, and automated schema workflows Youre a Fit If You Thrive on precision, process, and proactive performance tracking Know how to convert strategy into execution without losing the nuance Have worked across global SEO campaigns (SaaS, eCommerce, D2C, marketplaces, etc.) Are confident in AI-first SEO, Topical Authority, LLM workflows, and schema-led content optimization Love collaborating with strategy, tech, and content teams while maintaining client visibility Your Toolkit SEO Tools : GA4, GSC, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog AI & AIO : ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, NeuronWriter Reporting & Data : Looker Studio, funnel dashboards, content vs. traffic analysis Execution Utilities : Prompt libraries, internal QA templates, content briefs, schema generators Success Looks Like SEO roadmap ? executed with zero deviation and high clarity AIO workflows ? implemented consistently across clients Monthly reports ? tied to KPIs and action steps, not just traffic logs QBR-ready insights ? presented clearly with client-facing confidence Internal teams ? empowered through documentation, QA, and feedback What This Role Is NOT A meta tag updater or title rewriter A behind-the-scenes executor with no client touch A delivery person without context on business goals A passive role in QBRs, strategy or pre-sales Show more Show less
