As a skilled RPA Developer with expertise in Blue Prism, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation solutions at SentientGeeks. Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and deploying Blue Prism automation solutions, analyzing business processes to identify automation opportunities, developing reusable automation components, and performing testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of RPA bots. You will collaborate with business and IT teams to optimize automation workflows, maintain and update existing automation solutions, and ensure compliance with security and governance standards. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in RPA development using Blue Prism. Applicants must be from West Bengal or nearby states like Bihar, Odisha, Jharkhand, or willing to relocate to Kolkata. You should have a strong understanding of the process automation lifecycle and Power Automate, as well as experience in SQL, API integration, and scripting (Python or C#). Knowledge of AI/ML-based automation is preferred but not mandatory, and experience or knowledge in Agentic AI will be an advantage. Additionally, you should possess the ability to analyze and document business processes, along with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
