AI/ML Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated AI/ML Chatbot Developer with Trainer experience in building conversational agents and delivering effective training.

The ideal candidate will design, develop, and optimize chatbot solutions using natural language processing (NLP), machine learning (ML), and large language models (LLMs). Additionally, the candidate will play a key role in educating end-users, internal teams, or clients on chatbot functionality, usage, and best practices.

This role focuses on designing intelligent conversational agents and includes responsibilities for training users or internal teams on the use of chatbot technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. AI Model Development for Chatbots

2. Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML-powered chatbots using platforms such as Rasa, Dialog flow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or custom LLM-based solutions.

3. Fine-tune and integrate large language models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Claude) for domain-specific applications.

4. Create NLP pipelines for intent recognition, entity extraction, and contextual understanding.

5. Integrate chatbots with third-party systems (CRM, ERP, helpdesk tools, APIs).

6. Continuously monitor a nd improve chatbot performance through user feedback and analytics.

7. Develop and deliver technical and non-technical training sess ions (live or recorded) for users, support teams, and stakeholders.

8. Create documentation, user guides, and training materials for chatbot usage and maintenance.

9. Conduct workshops or onboarding sessions to support chatbot adoption and success.

10. Work closel y with product managers, designers, and data scientists to define chatbot features and goals.

11. Collaborate with QA teams to test bot functionality and usability.

12. Provide technical support and guidance post-deployment.

13. Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or other relevant programming languages, Familiarity with NLP tools/libraries such as OpenAI, or LangChain and Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals and model evaluation.

14. Experience in delivering technical training or user enablement programs.
