As an AI Platform Engineer at Maersk, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between innovation and reality by scaling cutting-edge AI models to a global level. You will be responsible for system architecture, API design, and MLOps, ensuring the deployment, scalability, and enterprise readiness of AI solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Productionize Innovation:** Collaborate with Data Scientists to refactor research code into production-grade Python packages and microservices. - **Architect Scalable Inference:** Build and maintain high-throughput, low-latency AI/ML model serving systems. - **Optimize AI Infrastructure:** Efficiently manage GPU resources, optimize model serving, and ensure cost-effective scaling of Vector Databases and LLM calls. - **Build Robust Pipelines:** Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML workflows, ensuring automated testing, versioning, and deployment. - **Empower AI Agents:** Create reliable backend infrastructure for autonomous agents, handling state management, task queues, and orchestration. - **Observability & Monitoring:** Implement robust monitoring for AI systems using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ML-specific tools. **Qualifications Required:** - **Strong Software Engineering Foundation:** 5+ years of experience in Python development with a focus on writing clean, modular, and efficient code. - **Production Deployment:** Expert-level knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) for deploying ML applications. - **MLOps & DevOps:** Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and MLOps frameworks. - **Working Knowledge of AI/ML:** Understanding of AI landscape, Vector DB, SQL DB, embeddings, and computational constraints of Large Language Models. **Nice-to-have Skills:** - API & Backend Development - Cloud Infrastructure - Experience with Infrastructure as Code - Model Optimization techniques - Experience with RAG pipelines - Familiarity with streaming architectures Join Maersk to work on groundbreaking Generative AI technologies, impact global organizations, collaborate with forward-thinking teams, and accelerate your growth in an inclusive environment.
