AI/ML Engineer

Job Title: Senior AI Engineer

Experience: 8+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for business applications.
• Build and optimize machine learning and deep learning solutions.
• Develop and integrate Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) based applications.
• Fine-tune foundation models and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Work with structured and unstructured data to develop predictive models.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to understand AI requirements.
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and deployment pipelines.
• Build APIs and integrate AI models into enterprise applications.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and Generative AI technologies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs (OpenAI, Llama, Claude, Gemini, etc.), LangChain, and RAG.
• Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, and deep learning techniques.
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, or ChromaDB.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience with MLOps and model deployment.
• AI/Cloud certifications are an added advantage.
