Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Python, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Azure AI Services. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining intelligent AI solutions to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency as part of enterprise modernization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Machine Learning models and AI-based applications.
• Build Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and related frameworks.
• Develop Python-based AI/ML applications, REST APIs, and enterprise integrations.
• Implement AI solutions using Azure AI Services and cloud-based AI platforms.
• Manage production deployment, model monitoring, performance optimization, and model lifecycle management.
• Implement MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and model versioning.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve the reliability, scalability, and performance of AI applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Approximately 6 years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering or related roles.
• Strong hands-on programming experience in Python.
• Experience in Machine Learning model development, evaluation, and deployment.
• Practical experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, or related Azure AI technologies.
• Experience with MLOps, model monitoring, CI/CD, and production deployment.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and enterprise application integration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, or similar AI/ML frameworks.
• Vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and AI agent frameworks.
• Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, and model deployment tools.
• Experience deploying and maintaining enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions in production environments.

Work Arrangement and Engagement

• C2C engagement is required.
• Candidates must be comfortable with the applicable work arrangement: hybrid with 3 days in office per week, or 5 days in office per week for Hyderabad-based positions.
• Candidates should be comfortable working from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Budget is up to ₹12 LPA, subject to the agreed engagement terms.
