Role Summary

We are looking for a mid-level AI/ML Engineer to collaborate with the AI Lead on building and maintaining production-grade AI systems, pipelines, and integrations across the platform.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain machine learning pipelines and model integrations
• Assist in building and optimising RAG systems and LLM-based workflows
• Fine-tune and evaluate language models for specific domain applications
• Collaborate on prompt engineering, model evaluation, and output quality improvement
• Implement and monitor AI features in production environments
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable Python code
• Support integration of Indic language models and multilingual AI features

Contribute to AI safety practices and responsible deployment standards

Key Technical/ Functional Competencies

• Python - scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source)
• Vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate); NLP concepts, embeddings, and transformer architectures
• MLOps practices - model versioning, deployment pipelines, and production monitoring

Pay: ₹1,600,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
