AI/ML Engineer

As an AI Engineer at Logistic Infotech Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for architecting and implementing multi-agent AI systems using CrewAI and LangChain for real-time logistics optimization. Your key responsibilities will include developing autonomous agents capable of decision-making, task delegation, and inter-agent communication, conducting A/B testing and beta testing for AI workflows, building and deploying Agentic & RAG-based chatbots and LLM applications, integrating AI with logistics platforms (TMS/WMS) and external APIs, setting up dashboards & monitoring tools for system KPIs, as well as leading and mentoring junior engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelors (4 Years)/ Masters (3+2 Years) in Computer Science, 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML development (multi-agent systems, logistics, or related), hands-on experience with CrewAI, LangChain, and LLM deployment, strong Python skills, experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow/PyTorch, practical experience in chatbot lifecycle (design & deployment), knowledge of A/B testing, beta testing pipelines, and real-world simulations, familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), NLP, and distributed systems. Preferred skills for this position include knowledge of graph theory, network optimization, and blockchain security, as well as experience with MCP.
