AIML ENGINEER

Role Overview: As an AI/ML Engineer for our remote full-time position in the Tech & Digital department, you will be responsible for leading the development of advanced AI solutions. You will work on impactful projects utilizing cutting-edge AI and ML techniques, from defining problem statements to deploying production-ready systems on Azure and GCP. Key Responsibilities: - Develop intelligent pipelines to extract, classify, and filter text from various types of documents. - Build and optimize GenAI/LLM-powered document classification and processing systems. - Design and implement RAG solutions for precise question-answering from large documents. - Develop forecasting and predictive modeling systems using large-scale aviation datasets. - Design automated pipelines to extract structured data from scanned PDFs. - Architect, deploy, and maintain AI/ML systems using FastAPI, Python, Docker, and cloud platforms. - Continuously explore and adopt state-of-the-art AI/ML technologies to enhance system performance and automation. Qualifications Required: - Strong programming skills in Python with proficiency in Pandas, NumPy, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn. - Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering. - Proficiency in traditional ML models and NLP techniques. - Experience with OCR technologies. - Strong experience in FastAPI development. - Experience working with Cloud Infrastructure like Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform. - Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. - Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of projects. - Excellent debugging, optimization, and scaling skills for production-grade AI/ML pipelines and APIs.
