Working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and taking ownership of projects from conception to deployment are key aspects of your responsibilities. Your responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality, scalable web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies. You will also design and develop RESTful APIs for internal and external consumption, ensuring security and performance. Additionally, your role involves application migration to GCP, implementation of robust and scalable solutions on Google Cloud Platform, and participation in CI/CD pipeline development and automation. You will write clean, well-documented, and testable code, participate in code reviews, and implement automated testing strategies. Collaboration and communication with product managers, designers, data scientists, and other developers are essential for defining requirements, designing solutions, and delivering high-quality products. Implementing security best practices throughout the development lifecycle and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in full-stack development, GCP, and Generative AI are also part of your responsibilities. As a Full Stack Lead, you should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field with at least 8 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer. Proficiency in modern front-end and back-end technologies, experience with Enterprise SSO technologies, expertise in source control repositories and build tools, and extensive hands-on experience with GCP services are required technical skills. Additionally, experience with relational and NoSQL databases, RESTful APIs, troubleshooting during application migration to GCP, and relevant GCP certifications are necessary qualifications. Having experience with Generative AI and Agent AI models, DevOps practices, and soft skills such as excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, adaptability, ownership, and initiative are considered advantageous for this role. Your proactive and self-motivated approach, ability to identify opportunities for improvement, and drive projects to completion will contribute to your success as a Full Stack Lead.,
