The ideal candidate for this position should have expertise in Fujitsu Mainframe technologies such as COBOL-85, PreCOBOL, AIM Online, AIM DB, and VSAM. Additionally, the candidate should possess Architecture, Automation, Solution, Team Leadership, and Cloud Platform knowledge. **Primary Skills** Hands-On Skills: - Proficiency in one or more of the key skills mentioned above. Architecture Skills: - Conducting assessment and developing deliverables. - Strong analysis of AS-IS Legacy system. - Visualizing and suggesting to-be solutions for each legacy technology. - Depicting different types of architecture - current State, target State, integration architecture. - Estimation for ASIS legacy Solutions and roadmap development. - Thought leadership and solutions from a legacy architecture perspective. - Research and development on the legacy side to provide POV & Recommendations. - Exposure to various Cloud platforms for solution evaluation. Technical Delivery Skills: - Leading and managing the development/modernization team. - Developing prototypes and proof of concepts for legacy modernization projects. - Reviewing and preparing legacy modernization artifacts. Innovation/Automation Skills: - Requirements gathering for tool initiatives. - Designing or developing tools for legacy modernization projects. - Evaluating and suggesting third-party tools for legacy modernization work. Soft Skills: - Good communication, analytical, and presentation skills. - Problem-solving skills and a learning attitude. - Client handling skills. **Secondary Skills** - Knowledge of how Fujitsu Mainframe integrates with distributed systems. - Understanding of Assembler, DID, FLD, FID, FSL, LST/LS2, PSAM, etc. - Familiarity with Fujitsu Kanji Characters (DBCS). - Knowledge of Fujitsu & Third-Party Softwares. - Troubleshooting technical issues in Fujitsu environment and dump analysis. - Certifications in cloud platforms at the solution architect level. - Japanese Language proficiency. **Roles and Responsibilities** - Part of the Legacy Modernization team. - Responsible for deliverables in consulting projects. - Customization in the framework for different system applications. - Providing guidance during the implementation phase of the project to improve the overall quality of deliverables to clients.,
