You have over 8 years of hands-on functional experience in implementing and supporting at least 2 full cycle projects of Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR, Compensation, Talent, and Learn modules. Additionally, you have more than 12 years of relevant experience in the implementation or support of these modules. You should possess the ability to lead discussions with business stakeholders throughout various project phases, conduct in-depth Root Cause Analysis, and provide scalable solutions. It is crucial that you are proficient in conversing on Redwood Pages and have knowledge of Extracts, HDLs, Fast Formula, and Reports. Your responsibilities will include translating desired business outcomes into functional design solutions, researching, prototyping, and testing new or enhanced functionalities, and performing Oracle HCM configuration for enhancements and change requests. As part of your role, you will lead and coordinate all testing activities in collaboration with stakeholders, develop and support the execution of change management and training plans, and maintain solution design, testing results, and related documents for Oracle Cloud HCM. You should demonstrate an ability to manage dependencies and shifting priorities effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills tailored to different audiences, critical thinking skills, and proactive stakeholder management are essential qualities for this position. You should also be capable of working in distributed teams and building multi-level relationships.
