Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist Location: Gurgaon Type: Full Time, 6 days in a week (work from office) Experience: 2 – 4 years (Preferably in a D2C Fashion brand/Agency servicing D2C Fashion brands) About the Role: Are you someone who is both dynamic and versatile when it comes to Digital Marketing? Someone who loves content, and CRM and has fun converting Analytics into insights and optimizations? We are a new-age Clothing D2C brand gearing up for a launch and we are looking for someone exactly like you- A Digital Marketing all-rounder who can manage organic growth across social media, CRM channels (email, WhatsApp, etc), and website analytics. You’ll play a key role in building the brand voice, community engagement, customer journeys, and performance reporting. Key Responsibilities: Organic Social Media: • Plan and manage content calendars for Social Media Platforms like - Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (formerly Twitter) and Pinterest. • Write captions, schedule posts, and manage community engagement/Social listening. • Collaborate with content creators for Reels, carousels, and stories. • Work closely with the Performance Team for Paid campaign insights. CRM & Email Marketing: • Set up and manage WhatsApp & email marketing flows (using Klaviyo, Interakt, Mailchimp, etc.) • Run weekly campaigns, offers, new product announcements, etc. • Segment user database and track engagement metrics. Analytics: • Monitor website performance using GA4 (bounce rates, traffic sources, funnel conversion). • Provide insights for CRO (conversion rate optimization). • Track campaign-level and organic growth metrics. Must-Have Skills: • 2+ years in digital marketing, with strong social media & email marketing/CRM experience. • Familiarity with social content schedulers (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, etc.). • Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Interakt, etc. • Good grasp of Google Analytics (GA4), UTM tagging, and funnel tracking. • Understanding of e-commerce funnels, retention, and engagement strategies. • Content planning mindset with light copywriting ability (English/Hinglish blend). • Strong communication + basic design skills (Canva/CapCut is a bonus).
