As a Senior Business Analyst, your role will involve performing feasibility and impact assessments, ensuring documentation conformity to methods, designs, and standards, and achieving economies of scale during the support phase. You will be responsible for stakeholder communication, conducting primary and secondary research, supporting new solution design, and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to build consensus on data and analytics projects. Your key areas of focus will include collaborating with Retail business product owners and end users, analyzing business requirements, creating detailed requirement documents, collaborating with development teams, and coordinating testing cycles. An understanding of the Luxury Retail Domain, experience in full project lifecycle of Data and Analytics projects, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders for requirements gathering are essential for this role. Essential skills for this position include a background as a Business Data Analyst, knowledge of AI/GenAI concepts, ability to convert business requirements into implementation-ready Epics and user stories, proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI, expertise in writing SQLs for data analysis, and familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Snowflake, SQL, JIRA, and Microsoft Office suite. Desirable skills include understanding AI solutions, creating and managing Epics and User stories in JIRA, and hands-on knowledge of data querying, analysis, mining, reporting, and analytics. Qualifications required include a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, and demonstrated learning through technical certifications. To excel in this role, you should be self-motivated, focused on delivering outcomes, able to communicate persuasively through various mediums, consultative, able to work in cross-functional teams, open to iteration based on feedback, and comfortable working with teams and clients in different time zones.
