As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and expanding the sales of our Digital Transformation product suite. Your primary focus will be on identifying new market opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving enterprise-level digital adoption through cloud, automation, data, and AI-enabled platforms. Your responsibilities will include: Strategic Business Development: - Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for digital transformation products such as ERP, CRM, RPA, and AI/ML platforms. - Developing go-to-market strategies and pitch plans customized for enterprise clients. - Collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, and Pre-sales teams to create compelling value propositions. Client Engagement & Solutioning: - Conducting client needs analysis, defining solution roadmaps, and presenting tailored digital transformation offerings. - Facilitating workshops, POCs, and demos with clients in partnership with the technical team. - Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, and decision-makers. Sales Execution: - Meeting and exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets. - Managing end-to-end sales cycles, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure. - Utilizing CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline, provide accurate forecasts, and generate performance reports. Market & Industry Analysis: - Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. - Providing feedback and suggestions to the product development team for roadmap planning and improvements. Key Requirements: - Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science. An MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred. - Professional Experience: Minimum of 4 years of B2B enterprise sales experience, with a focus on digital transformation or SaaS. Strong domain knowledge in sectors like manufacturing, retail, BFSI, logistics, or healthcare is advantageous. - Skills & Competencies: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong consultative and analytical thinking abilities. Proven track record of collaborating in cross-functional teams and thriving in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms is beneficial.,
