As a Senior Solutions Architect at Eightfold.AI in India, you will join the Solution Readiness & Success (SRS) team to drive technical solutions, readiness, and success in strategic product and customer initiatives. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing AI-driven integrations, leading technical discussions with customers, serving as a technical advisor, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring solution scalability and quality. Key Responsibilities: - Architect, design, and implement AI-driven integrations between Eightfold and ATS/HRIS systems, ensuring solutions meet SRS quality standards and long-term viability. - Lead technical discussions with customers to align solutions with their business needs and reduce post go-live escalations. - Serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers, focusing on deployment, integration, readiness, adoption, and scalability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive readiness initiatives and strategic product configurations. - Lead technical teams through delivery projects, optimize solutions for scale and quality, and develop tooling and frameworks for customer success. - Conduct solution readiness assessments, work on instance management strategies, and contribute to continuous improvement frameworks. Key Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in delivering SaaS solutions, preferably in HCM environments. - Extensive experience with HRIS/ATS systems and integrating APIs. - Expertise in designing software solutions, architecting scalable systems, and strong collaboration skills. - Passion for solving complex challenges, driving process improvements, and familiarity with AI in HR technology. - Strong communication skills, ability to manage escalations, and commitment to delivering innovative solutions.
