As a Creative Head at our company located in Gurgaon with 610 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading a team of 1015 Designers (Graphic + Motion Graphics). Your role will involve shaping the vision for branding, marketing, and communication efforts, requiring you to be a strategic thinker, a visual storyteller, and a hands-on leader capable of transforming ideas into impactful creative outputs across various platforms. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing creative strategies aligned with the company's goals and brand identity. You will lead the creative team in brainstorming, conceptualizing, and producing visual content for campaigns, marketing materials, and other projects. Moreover, you will be expected to leverage cutting-edge AI tools for design, motion graphics, video editing, and content ideation to streamline processes and deliver innovative outputs tailored for SaaS audiences. Collaboration with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging, overseeing the design and production process, and managing a team of designers, copywriters, and creative professionals will be crucial aspects of your role. Additionally, staying updated on industry trends, managing budgets and timelines for creative projects, evaluating campaign effectiveness, and maintaining brand consistency will be part of your responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 68 years of experience in design or creative leadership roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in website UI/UX, product videos, case studies, award entry videos, and ad mock-ups. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, AI tools, leadership skills, storytelling abilities, speed, and adaptability are some of the key qualifications and skills required. Knowledge of HTML/CSS for design implementation and experience with SaaS product marketing will be beneficial for this position.
