Key Responsibilities: Counsel candidates/consultants about educational programs and career opportunities. Manage the candidate/consultant handling process effectively. Drive sales and achieve enrollment/consultant acquisition targets. Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates, consultants, and stakeholders. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize outreach and conversions. Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the EdTech sector. Lead and motivate a small team to achieve sales and counseling goals. Requirements: 2+ years of proven experience in EdTech sales, counseling, or consultant management. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales/enrollment targets. Ability to understand candidate needs and provide solution-oriented guidance. Leadership qualities with team management experience. Compensation: As per industry standards (negotiable based on experience).
