You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Power BI developers. Your role will involve overseeing end-to-end Power BI implementation and migration to a Center of Excellence (CoE) model. You will design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models. Ensuring governance, data quality, and adherence to data policies will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with business teams to gather requirements and drive self-service Business Intelligence (BI) adoption will also be a key aspect. Additionally, you will manage Power BI tenant administration and follow platform best practices. Your skills and proficiency should include Power BI, DAX, Power Query, Power Pivot, and SQL Server. Knowledge of Power BI Admin, Excel, and Azure DevOps is essential. Familiarity with Snowflake, AI/Data Science, and Power Platform will be desirable for this role. To qualify for this position, you must hold a PL-300 Certification. A degree in Computing or Mathematics is preferred. Desired qualities for this role include experience in Power BI Admin, governance, platform ownership, and roadmap planning. A strong analytical mindset with a focus on usability and data storytelling will be advantageous in fulfilling your responsibilities.,
