About Us: We are a reputed and growing Skin & Hair Clinic dedicated to providing advanced dermatological and aesthetic treatments with a patient-first approach. Role Duties: Greet and welcome patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism. Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups efficiently. Manage the front desk, incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries. Maintain and update patient records in software and Excel sheets. Coordinate between doctors, staff, and patients to ensure seamless clinic operations. Generate daily bills, process payments, and issue receipts. Manage and track medicine stock and clinic inventory. Prepare daily reports using MS Excel and assist in administrative documentation.\ Ensure the reception and waiting area are clean, well-organized, and patient-friendly. Provide accurate information about treatments, services, and packages to clients. Role Requirements: Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or in a similar customer-facing role (experience in a clinic/hospital is a plus). Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle stressful situations professionally. Good spoken English and local language fluency. Basic understanding of billing, inventory, and clinic operations. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of clinic management software is an added advantage. Experience in skin/hair/aesthetic clinic setups will be preferred.
