The Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors at the builder’s office. This role involves managing front office operations, handling client inquiries, maintaining visitor records, and supporting the sales and admin teams in ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner. Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times. Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence; direct them to the appropriate departments. Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and meeting room bookings. Coordinate with the sales and customer relations teams for client meetings and project site visits. Assist in preparing and maintaining client documentation, files, and records. Handle basic administrative tasks such as courier dispatch, stationery inventory, and office supplies. Support HR and Admin teams during events, meetings, or client presentations. Provide basic project information to walk-in clients and guide them to the concerned sales executives. Manage office communication between departments and ensure smooth workflow. Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Basic knowledge of real estate terminology (preferred). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any stream).
