In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing backend systems to support Generative AI workflows and services. Your tasks will include developing microservices and APIs that integrate with GenAI models, building scalable infrastructure for deploying LLMs and AI pipelines in production environments, creating and maintaining data pipelines for GenAI use cases, and participating in architecture reviews focused on optimizing system performance. Your mandatory skills should include expertise in GenAI, LLMs, RAG, Python, Java or Scala, REST APIs, Kafka, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Additionally, desired skills in Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git, and exposure to prompt engineering, embeddings, or AI-based toolchains are preferred. To excel in this role, you should have a total of 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience with GenAI technologies. Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala are essential, along with a solid foundation in software design principles, testing, and version control. Experience with microservices, REST APIs, Kafka, and cloud platforms is highly valued, especially with exposure to secure, low-latency architectures. If you are passionate about GenAI/Agentic AI systems and comfortable working in AI-first environments, this role offers the opportunity to collaborate with AI/ML engineers, write technical documentation, and optimize GenAI applications. Your ability to debug, profile, and optimize GenAI applications will be crucial in contributing to the success of the projects you will be working on.
