As an Oracle EPM (EPBCS & Narrative Reporting) Senior Consultant, you will play a crucial role in successful implementations and client-facing interactions leveraging the latest AI-driven features of Oracle EPM Cloud. Your primary responsibilities will include managing and supporting internal KPIs, conducting workshops with customers to gather functional requirements, translating business needs into system designs using Oracle Cloud solutions, and designing process solutions within Oracle EPM, specifically focusing on EPBCS modules and Narrative Reporting. You will also be responsible for conducting Functional Fit-Gap analyses, preparing project documentation, configuring Oracle EPM modules, managing test scenarios, delivering end-user training, and providing ongoing application maintenance and troubleshooting. To excel in this role, you should have client-facing delivery experience, in-depth knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud applications, and at least 7 years of relevant experience in Oracle EPM, including legacy Hyperion solutions and cloud-based applications. Additionally, you should be proficient in EPBCS modules, Narrative Reporting, EPM Automate, and integrating AI/ML tools within Oracle EPM Cloud. Your competencies should include expertise in configuring EPBCS modules, understanding Narrative Reporting, familiarity with AI/ML tools, troubleshooting EPM processes, strong customer handling skills, excellent communication, analytical capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams. Ideally, you should hold a graduate degree, Oracle Cloud certifications in EPBCS and Narrative Reporting, and certifications or experience in AI/ML applications for enterprise solutions. A valid passport and willingness to travel for client site work are also required for this role.
