As a UI/UX Specialist at Quark, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the usability, accessibility, and overall user experience of our enterprise software products. Your primary focus will be on creating seamless and intuitive user experiences tailored for diverse personas contributing to structured content component management lifecycle. By collaborating closely with product managers, marketing, engineering, and customers, you will work towards delivering products that elevate user experiences to a new level. Your responsibilities will include developing user journeys based on user research, designing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mock-ups using tools like Adobe XD and Figma, defining and implementing UX guidelines for consistency across products, iterating designs based on usability metrics and customer feedback, ensuring accessibility compliance and responsive design, conducting A/B testing and heuristic evaluations, and staying updated on enterprise UX trends and emerging technologies. To excel in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in UX/UI design for enterprise SaaS or content management platforms, proficiency in design tools like Adobe XD and Figma, expertise in user experience principles, hands-on experience with user research and prototyping, familiarity with accessibility and compliance standards such as WCAG and Section 508, excellent communication and collaboration skills, proficiency in agile methodologies, attention to detail, and creative thinking.
