AI Technical Architect - Senior

Role Overview: As an Architect at Iris Software, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end AI-driven solutions leveraging Generative AI technologies. Your key responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions. - Evaluating and selecting AI frameworks, tools, and models to optimize performance and scalability. - Developing and implementing MLOps best practices for model lifecycle management and continuous improvement. - Designing and optimizing AI model inference and training pipelines on cloud or on-prem infrastructure. - Ensuring compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical AI guidelines. - Providing technical leadership and mentorship to AI and engineering teams. - Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML and driving innovation. Qualification Required: - A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field. - 8+ years of experience in software architecture and AI/ML, with at least 3+ years in Generative AI. - Hands-on experience with LLMs, GANs, VAEs, or diffusion models. - Proficiency in Python. - Expertise in cloud platforms (specifically AWS) for AI model deployment. - Strong knowledge of microservices, APIs, and distributed computing. - Experience with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation. - Familiarity with AI governance, explainability, and ethical AI principles.
