As an AI Solutions Engineer at Decklar, you will play a crucial role in transforming customer challenges into scalable, AI-powered solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding customers' business, current KPIs, and processes to identify opportunities for automation and new operational metrics in shipment and asset monitoring. - Creating synthetic data to develop mockups and AI-driven solution frameworks, collaborating with customers, sales, and account management teams. - Scripting, automating, and visualizing data to communicate compelling stories to technical and business audiences. - Collaborating with solution and platform engineering teams to deploy solutions using out-of-the-box templates and apps. - Providing post-deployment solution support, addressing support tickets, and monitoring customer solution health. - Improving platform functionality by contributing new use cases and business context to the product roadmap. Qualifications we are looking for: - Education in streams such as Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Logistics & Transportation Management, Applied Statistics, or Manufacturing Systems Engineering. - Authorized to work in India. - 14 years of industry experience in supply chain operations, logistics optimization, manufacturing analytics, or data visualization. - Exposure to real-world problem-solving using data, AI, or digital tools. - Curiosity about technology's impact on physical operations. - Proficiency in tools like Figma, Power BI, Advanced Excel, scripting, advanced prompt development for LLMs, and a willingness to explore new tools and technologies.
