AI & RPA Solution Analyst

As a RPA & AI Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing AI automation workflows for our clients. Your responsibilities will include understanding business use cases, deploying RPA & AI components, supporting implementation, and creating documentation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow integration. Responsibilities: - Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and document BRD and Solutions design documents. - Utilize Microsoft Power Automate to configure the solution and integrate workflows with various applications. - Customize functionalities as needed and create reusable flow templates for different scenarios. - Identify and resolve issues within Power Automate workflows and optimize workflow performance. - Implement error-handling mechanisms and document workflows, processes, and configurations for future reference. - Practice version control to manage changes in workflows effectively. - Communicate efficiently with the team and contribute innovative ideas for continuous improvement. - Propose innovative solutions and contribute to enhancing automation strategies. Requirements: - Understanding of complex workflows, custom connectors, and automation solutions in Power Automate. - Proficient in Power Apps, Copilot Studio, Power BI, Sharepoint, Dataverse & SQL. - Strong knowledge of Python and Pandas to design and develop technical solutions as per client requirements. - Experience in integrating third-party APIs using HTTP connectors and managing JSON responses. - Proficient in integrating Power Automate with databases such as SQL, Azure, and MS Dynamics. - Basic understanding of integrating with Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions. - Familiarity with Power Automate security practices, including permissions and data policies. - Skilled in deploying flows from development to production, including environment setup and go-live activities. - Basic exposure to CI/CD pipelines for automating deployments. - Experience in monitoring production flows, troubleshooting errors, and implementing fixes. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The work location is in person. Post selection, the immediate or within 30 days joining is required.
