Role & Responsibilities:

Test conversational AI systems using adversarial prompts, misuse cases, and multi-turn manipulation techniques.
Identify AI failures related to bias, misinformation, harmful behavior, or unsafe responses.
Perform prompt injection and jailbreak-style testing to uncover model vulnerabilities.
Annotate AI outputs, classify risks, and document reproducible failure cases.
Follow defined taxonomies, benchmarks, and testing playbooks to ensure consistency.
Produce clear written reports and datasets that help improve AI safety and reliability.
Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and evaluation teams.

Requirements:

Native-level fluency in
English and Hindi
(must have).
Prior experience in AI testing, adversarial analysis, cybersecurity, or risk evaluation (must have).
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Ability to clearly document findings for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Comfortable reviewing sensitive AI-generated content (text-based only).
