About You:

This is a remote role, offering flexibility to work from anywhere in India.

You Will:

• Own quality for multiple features of Fello's

  platform

  , covering both functionality and user experience.
• Design, execute, and maintain

  manual and automated test plans

  across diverse workflows.
• Perform

  functional, regression, and exploratory testing

  for fast-moving product releases.
• Validate

  AI-powered conversational flows, chat experiences, and generative outputs

  to ensure accuracy, reliability, and safe interactions.
• Evaluate

  LLM-driven responses

  for correctness, consistency, edge cases, and biasensuring fair, user-friendly outcomes.
• Test

  AI-powered workflows and automation tools

  that integrate deeply into agent and team productivity.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to

  debug and ship confidently

• Contribute to

  test automation frameworks

  and drive QA best practices.
• Champion a

You Have:

• 35 years of QA experience

  with

  cloud-native or AI-powered applications

• Familiarity with

  API testing

  (Postman, REST Assured, or similar).
• Direct experience testing

  AI-driven systems

  such as AI agents, conversational AI, or generative outputs.
• Understanding of

  AI evaluation and validation

  for accuracy, reliability, and bias.
• Strong

  analytical and problem-solving skills
