AI Prompt Engineer/ AI Creative Technologist

As an AI Prompt Engineer/ AI Creative Technologist at Zensciences, you will play a crucial role in integrating the power of AI across our creative, digital, and strategy functions. Your responsibilities will involve creating, testing, and fine-tuning prompts and workflows to empower our teams in producing smarter, faster, and better work using generative and AI tools. Your work will focus on unlocking speed, scale, and magic in how we deliver client work. Your primary purpose in this role is to architect, operationalize, and promote the use of generative AI throughout Zensciences. This includes building prompt libraries for various functions, developing reusable frameworks and toolkits, training teams on best practices, embedding AI in proposals and client work, collaborating with cross-functional teams, piloting internal AI tools, staying updated on the latest AI tools, and measuring the impact of AI implementation. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 2 years of experience in a hybrid strategy/content/UX/AI role or a strong portfolio of AI experiments and toolkits. You should possess deep knowledge of prompt design techniques, generative AI tools such as GPT, Claude, Midjourney, and LLM behavior. Strong writing and logic skills, familiarity with marketing, design, or research workflows, a builder mindset, and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this position. Prior experience in marketing, product, innovation labs, or consulting is a plus. This full-time position is based in Bangalore and requires your presence in the office.
