As an AI Prompt Engineer/ AI Creative Technologist at Zensciences, you will play a crucial role in integrating the power of AI across creative, digital, and strategy functions. Your responsibilities will include: - Building and managing prompt libraries for brand strategy, content, design, research, and more. - Developing reusable frameworks, toolkits, and utilities such as tone calibrators, summarizers, and draft generators. - Training teams on prompt best practices and AI tools, serving as a go-to coach and accelerator. - Collaborating with delivery leads to embed AI in proposals, client work, and internal operations. - Working with strategists, designers, and tech teams to co-create AI-powered workflows. - Piloting internal AI tools for tasks like deck generation, web audit reports, or idea synthesis. - Staying up-to-date with the latest GPT, image, and video generation tools and translating innovations into internal processes. - Measuring and reporting time saved, quality uplift, and adoption rates. The ideal candidate for this role would have: - 2+ years of experience in a hybrid strategy/content/UX/AI role or a strong portfolio of AI experiments and toolkits. - Deep knowledge of LLM behavior, prompt design techniques, and generative AI tools like GPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc. - Strong writing and logic skills with the ability to reverse-engineer effective prompts. - Familiarity with marketing, design, or research workflows, particularly in the B2B sector. - A builder mindset, comfortable working in ambiguous spaces and iterating quickly. - Excellent communication skills to teach, demo, and influence teams to adopt smarter ways of working. - Prior experience in marketing, product development, innovation labs, or consulting would be a plus.
